Initial consultation
After we receive your enquiry, we begin with a free phone consultation with one of our Immigration Specialists to understand your circumstances and migration goals, and assess your eligibility. We will address any questions you have and provide an overview of how we can help achieve your migration goals.

Engagement and agreement
After assessing your circumstances, we recommend the most appropriate visa pathway for you. You’ll receive a clear outline of your options and our recommended solution. Once you’re ready to proceed, we’ll provide a formal service agreement (contract) outlining our service and our fees. You’ll know exactly what to expect, with no hidden costs. Once you sign the contract, we will be appointed as your authorised migration agent.

Application preparation and submission
The ADI Immigration Team will guide you through the entire information gathering process, ensuring all forms, evidence, and supporting materials meet the requirements of the Department of Home Affairs. We will prepare your application for submission. Once completed, reviewed and approved by you, we’ll submit your application to the Department of Home Affairs on your behalf.

Application management and ongoing support
It may take several months for your application to be assessed by the Department. We manage all correspondence with the Department and keep you updated throughout the process. If any additional documents or steps are required, we will notify you. We will continue to manage your application until an outcome received. Once a decision is received from the Department, we’ll advise you of the outcome and provide next steps (if required).
The Visa application process can be complex, time-consuming, and costly, especially if you aren’t confident with navigating the Australian legal system. There are strict eligibility criteria and certain types of evidence required to support your application. As a registered and experienced migration agency, ADI Immigration can help you with the entire application process.
