On the 1st July 2025, the Department of Immigration increased the application fee for the subclass 820/801 and subclass 309/100 Partner Visas as well as the Prospective Marriage Visa subclass 300.
The new fees are as follows:
- Primary Applicant: $9,365
- Dependent Applicant over the age of 18: $4,685
- Dependent Applicant under the age of 18: $2,345
For those who have already been granted the Prospective Marriage Visa and are now applying for the subclass 820 Partner Visa, the fees are as follows:
- Primary Applicant: $1,560
- Dependent Applicant over the age of 18: $785
- Dependent Applicant under the age of 18: $390
