Terms of Use
The terms that apply when you use this website, and how they sit alongside the separate agreement we sign with clients.
Last updated: 23 September 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply each time you visit.
2. About us
This website is operated by Partner Visa Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 97 670 826 892), trading as Australia Dynamic Immigration and referred to here as ADI Immigration. Immigration assistance is provided by Ilya (Eli) Bekker, Registered Migration Agent, MARN 1465541, registered with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA), and is provided in accordance with the Migration Agents Code of Conduct.
3. General information only
The content on this website is general in nature and is provided for information and education. It does not take into account your circumstances and is not personal immigration advice or legal advice. It may not be current. You should not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of website content without obtaining advice specific to your situation. See our Disclaimer for more detail.
4. No agent-client relationship
Using this website, contacting us through it, or reading our content does not create a migration-agent and client relationship. That relationship is formed only when you and ADI Immigration enter into a signed services agreement.
5. No guarantee of outcome
No migration agent or lawyer can guarantee the outcome of a visa or other immigration application, and we do not. Decisions are made by the Department of Home Affairs, and on review by the Administrative Review Tribunal or the courts. Any comment about prospects or timeframes is an opinion, not a promise. Guaranteeing a visa outcome is prohibited under the Migration Agents Code of Conduct.
6. Our services agreement is separate
These Terms of Use govern your use of the website only. If you engage us, the scope of work, fees, payment terms, refunds, and any outcome-linked arrangement (such as our "No visa, no fee" arrangement) are set out in a separate written services agreement. Where there is any inconsistency about our services, the signed services agreement prevails over this website.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content on this website is owned by or licensed to Partner Visa Australia Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international copyright and other laws. You may view and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not otherwise copy, adapt, distribute, or republish any content without our prior written consent. "ADI Immigration" and our logo are our trade marks.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, or to: post false, misleading, defamatory or infringing material; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; introduce malicious code; or scrape or harvest content or data. We may restrict or withdraw access to the site at any time.
9. Third-party links
This website may link to third-party websites for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of those sites, and a link does not imply endorsement. You access linked sites at your own risk.
10. No warranty
This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the site or its content will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, or free from errors or viruses.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage (including direct, indirect, or consequential loss) arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that applies under the Australian Consumer Law and cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits the obligations a registered migration agent owes to clients under the Migration (Migration Agents Code of Conduct) Regulations 2021.
12. Beware of scam emails and fake invoices
Our genuine emails come from adiimmigration.com.au or adibusinessgroup.com, and from no other domain. We will tell you our correct bank details in writing through our secure channels, and our account details do not change by email. If you receive a message claiming to be from us that asks you to pay to different account details, or that looks unusual, do not act on it. Contact us on 1300 729 331 to confirm before paying anything.
13. Electronic messages
Publishing our contact details on this website is not consent to receive unsolicited commercial messages. Any marketing we send will comply with the Spam Act 2003 and will include an unsubscribe option.
14. Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and the version published on this website applies to your use of the site. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed, so you can see whether anything has moved since your last visit. A change to these Terms of Use does not change the signed services agreement for any matter we are already acting on.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
17. If a term is invalid
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part is severed and the rest of the terms continue to apply.
